We are based in Germany and ship to all European, North American and some other countries. If you have trouble purchasing our candles because we don’t ship to your country please contact us and we will arrange shipping to your country.


We aim to dispatch every order to the post office within 3-5 business days. From then on the shipping will take 2-30+ business days depending on your location.

Be aware that due to COVID-19 there might be a delay on your order!

These are the usual shipping times including the COVID-19 delay some packages experience.
Please note that we are not responsible for these delays nor do we have an influence on them.

2-4 business days for Germany
4-20 business days for Europe
30+ business days for America
10-30 business days for Rest of the World

Our packages are only tracked if you chose the tracked option at checkout.
If you don’t choose that option we have no way of knowing where your package is nor when it will arrive. We can only give estimates on the delivery day.
